Front Row Group is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Manager, Amazon Affiliate to lead affiliate growth for our portfolio of leading beauty and lifestyle brands. In this role, you will own and optimize Amazon affiliate strategy across multiple clients, working directly with brand teams and external partners to drive revenue and maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and execute full-funnel Amazon affiliate strategies across marketplace brands to drive growth against KPIs.

  • Serve as the primary affiliate point of contact for brand teams, providing regular updates on performance, growth opportunities, and campaign optimizations.

  • Collaborate with the brand strategy team to align on client goals, product priorities, promotional calendars, and campaign cadences.

  • Provide ongoing strategic support, including campaign recommendations, optimizations, and new tactics to scale partner programs.

  • Lead onboarding of new brands into the Front Row Amazon Affiliate Program, ensuring a seamless launch and clear expectations.

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze affiliate campaign results to develop actionable insights that improve funnel conversion and revenue.

  • Own reporting and forecasting for brand-level Amazon affiliate strategies, partnering with performance leads and new business teams to inform budgets and planning.

  • Test and scale performance-driven tactics such as product seeding, exclusive affiliate offers, and paid affiliate initiatives.

  • Align affiliate network partners with each brand’s strategic objectives to launch affiliate campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with performance marketing leads to ensure affiliate efforts align with broader media and growth strategies.

  • Partner with the tech team to enhance internal and client-facing reporting capabilities.

  • Educate internal teams and external stakeholders on Amazon affiliate best practices, tools, and innovation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the Amazon Associates and Amazon Influencer ecosystem.

  • Proven ability to lead programs with measurable impact on affiliate revenue.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using affiliate platforms.

  • Excellent project management and client-facing communication skills.
