Job Role: ETL Developer Location: Charlotte, NC Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support data processing and analytics.
Build, maintain, and enhance ETL pipelines using Redshift and other AWS data services .
Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within the AWS/Redshift ecosystem.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth delivery of data solutions.
Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across databases and ETL jobs.
Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
