What You'll Do

  • As the community nurse, oversee the care and services rendered to the residents within St. Mark Village (no travel)
  • Complete Start of Care assessments, follow-up visits when ill or hospitalized, and accurate OASIS documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Support private duty services, including handling inquiries, completing assessments, and filling in for shifts when needed
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and collaborate with the care team to ensure residents’ needs are met
  • Mentor and support clinical staff to maintain high standards of care and compliance
  • Follow all home health regulations, safety, infection control, documentation, and mandatory reporting policies
What You'll Need
  • Must have a current Florida Registered Nurse License (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • OASIS documentation and knowledge of home health regulations (required)
  • Two years of management or supervisory experience in a health care setting preferred
  • Complies and maintains current CPR certification (required)
  • Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards
