Duties: Coordinate and implement various components of conferences and events (transportation, lodging, food/beverage, audio visual, activities, entertainment, etc.) within established budget guidelines and FINRA rules. Establish conference objectives by meeting with appropriate individuals. Compose and prepare related conference correspondence. Negotiate conference expenses as outlined in policies. Provide vendor recommendations based upon research and negotiations. Prepare, reconcile and process invoices, client reimbursements and expense reports. Prepare, process and monitor budget related to conference. Manage and audit conference details through Cvent meeting database software
