Customer Service Representative | Delta Township, MI

Salary Range: $41,000 - $61,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately, verifying product specifications and delivery requirements.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, lead times, order status, and technical specifications.
• Liaise with production, shipping, and quality control teams to resolve order discrepancies or product issues.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, delivery, or order fulfillment.
• Provide detailed product information and assist customers with product selection based on manufacturing capabilities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs within the CRM system.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policy.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems for order processing, tracking, and customer data management.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer issues related to products, orders, or logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical information clearly.
