Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer support or chat support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and chat tools.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
