In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in event coordination, public outreach, and donor engagement while representing meaningful nonprofit causes. No experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and fundraising campaigns
• Represent nonprofit organizations at retail activations, community events, and outreach initiatives
• Engage with the public to promote nonprofit missions, programs, and impact
• Educate potential donors and encourage voluntary contributions
• Support event marketing efforts, donor engagement, and brand awareness campaigns
• Help meet daily and weekly event performance and fundraising goals
• Maintain a professional, positive, and approachable presence at all times
• Collaborate with team members and event leaders to ensure smooth event execution

Requirements

• Interest in event marketing, promotions, fundraising, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Confident engaging with diverse audiences in public settings
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
