National Recruiter – Energy Sector
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced National Recruiter specializing in contract and direct placements within the energy sector, encompassing oil & gas, commercial nuclear, renewables, and data center industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for engineering, construction, and project management roles, with a proven ability to connect top talent with dynamic organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for engineering, construction, and project management positions across the energy sector.
Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, project timelines, and specific skill requirements, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools within oil & gas, nuclear, renewables, and data centers.
Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through networking, industry events, and proactive sourcing strategies.
Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, candidate preparation, and feedback collection, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Offer Negotiation: Lead discussions regarding compensation, benefits, and employment terms, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to hire.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and placements.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with candidates and clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
