We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Events Assistant to join our growing team and support the creation of meaningful, high-impact community events and outreach programs.

Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Events Assistant , you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of live events and nonprofit initiatives. You will gain real-world experience in event coordination, community outreach, and nonprofit program support .

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and coordinating events from concept through completion
  • Support event logistics, including materials, vendor coordination, and on-site setup
  • Help create and distribute marketing and promotional materials
  • Engage with attendees, sponsors, and community partners
  • Conduct outreach research to identify new event opportunities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support, including communications tracking
  • Monitor and report on event performance and outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding

Additional Event Coordination Duties

  • Develop event timelines, schedules, and planning checklists
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers
  • Manage event registrations and attendee communications
  • Support social media and email marketing campaigns
  • Assist with post-event follow-ups and relationship building
