$90,000 - $140,000 per annum
Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This role is responsible for developing visually compelling designs that support marketing initiatives, brand consistency, and communication strategies across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, and print collateral
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and internal teams to execute creative concepts
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, and internal communications
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs based on stakeholder input
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills
• Experience in healthcare or dental industry marketing
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or motion graphics (After Effects)
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing trends
