We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and trustworthy individual with excellent customer service skills and detailed oriented individual to clean and maintain a commercial location. While previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory. All applicants must successfully pass HBM prescreen check. • Location: Aina Haina
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

(Day off: Tuesday and Wednesday) -Compensation per hour: $17.50 -Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness in common areas of the facility Communicate effectively and comprehend English Interact with customers, vendors, and management Clean and maintain various areas: sweeping, mopping, cleaning glass doors and mirrors, maintaining restrooms, and using a buffer machine in designated areas: office spaces, parking lot, and hallway/walk path. Operate a vacuum for indoor cleaning Clean restrooms and restock supplies Collect and dispose of trash in designated areas Lift trash from bins, bend, and navigate staircases Stand and walk for long period of time Push trash bins as required Perform any other duties as assigned by HBM management. -Skills/Qualifications: Must pass HBM prescreen. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid Hawaii driver’s license preferred. Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, but we are willing to train Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English Strong public relations and communication skills Applicants must be able to perform basic manual labor, clean common areas, frequently lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 30lbs (up to 50lbs), and be capable of reaching overhead, grasping objects, bending, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, walking, and navigating stairs throughout their shifts.
