The Opportu n ity

• Has complete k n owledge of food a n d beverage products a n d specificatio n s, Clears a n d resets tables as quickly as possible.

• Greets guests warmly with a smile, maki n g eye co n tact. Checks for table setti n g complete n ess.

• Describes Breakfast, lu n ch a n d di n n er features as n eeded, i n cludi n g me n u cha n ges a n d daily specials.

• Oversees table mai n te n a n ce, coordi n ates service at the table with ru n n ers. Works with coworkers i n cleari n g a n d re-setti n g tables.

• Operates as a member of a team, helpi n g others a n d requesti n g help as n eeded. Performs other restaura n t duties as requested by ma n ageme n t.

• Keep all statio n s supplied with silverware, glassware, share plates, bread plates, placemats, co n dime n ts, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.

• Makes sure that the guest’s check is completed properly a n d prese n ted promptly accordi n g to std ” E n sures that cha n ge or charge slip is retur n ed to the guest i n a timely ma n n er.

• Commu n icates the n eeds of the guests to kitche n a n d ma n ageme n t. I n forms ma n ageme n t of guests ’ reactio n s a n d comme n ts. Assists ma n ageme n t as n eeded to e n sure smooth operatio n a n d quality service.

• Co n trols the amou n t of alcohol served, so that guests do n ot become i n toxicated.

• Helps promote a safe a n d clea n e n viro n me n t for co-workers a n d guests.
  

Preferred Qualificatio n s a n d Skills

• Must be able to work all shifts including, weekends, and holidays.

• Mi n imum two years fi n e di n i n g experie n ce.

• Requires oral proficie n cy i n the E n glish La n guage
