Maintenance Technician

in manufacturing and mechanical experience. This role involves minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring production goals are met by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, including molding machines, high-speed automated assembly equipment, conveyor systems, and other auxiliary equipment.
• Utilize diagrams, schematics, manuals, instructions, and engineering specifications to complete job functions.
• Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, soliciting information from line operators, and listening for issues.
• Use precision measuring and testing instruments, gauges, and hand tools to perform essential functions.
• Verify the effectiveness of repairs and improvements, ensuring products meet specifications.
• Perform and document preventive maintenance according to manufacturer schedules, policies, procedures, and facility guidelines.
• Provide mechanical maintenance support to production associates by answering questions and requests.
• Fabricate new fixtures and modify existing equipment as required.

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of experience as a maintenance or automation technician.
• Mechanical experience.
• Experience with automation, troubleshooting, and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to maintain, disassemble, clean, and repair molds.
• Skill in diagnosing and correcting mechanical systems.
• Capability to schedule and perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of point-to-point wiring, hand and power tools, and heaters.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical tasks.

This is a Permanent position based out of Leetsdale, PA.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

Medical, health, dental, 401k

This is a fully onsite position in Leetsdale,PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 20, 2026.
