**Description:**
I’m looking for a highly organized Notion expert to clean, structure, and manage my workspace so it runs like a true command center.
Right now, everything works — but it’s not grouped, not clean, and not something I can fully rely on.
I want everything sectioned off and easy to navigate. When I open the panel, I should instantly see where everything lives.
This will start as a trial and can turn into an ongoing role.
**What you’ll do:**
* Organize and restructure my Notion workspace
* Group everything into clean, logical sections (no clutter)
* Build and maintain databases (tasks, content, tracking)
* Seed and manage the content calendar
* Create simple dashboards for daily use
* Connect everything properly (no loose pages or dead ends)
**What I need:**
* Clean structure — everything grouped and easy to find
* Fast navigation — no digging for anything
* Systems that are actually used, not just designed
* Clear workflows (Idea → Draft → Ready → Posted)
**Ongoing Responsibilities (after trial):**
* Maintain and improve the workspace daily
* Keep content calendar updated and moving
* Clean and manage task systems
* Track performance and organize insights
* Build templates for repeat tasks
* Keep everything structured and up to date
**You’re a fit if you:**
