Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Pickers to join our warehouse team in British Columbia. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick lists or RF scanners
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and wrapping
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (forklift is an asset)
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer or scanner knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Steel-toe safety shoes required

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment (may include cold storage depending on site)
• Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
