The Policy Group of the Procurement Division has an opening for a Procurement Policy Analyst . The Policy Group develops policies and provides oversight in support of approximately $1 billion in annual procurement spend at LLNL. Procurement Policy Analysts provide advice and guidance to contracting officials research and interpret statutes regulations and prime contract requirements to apply to procurement policies and specific procurements. Procurement Policy Analysts also conduct compliance reviews develop and manage procurement document templates and serve as subject matter experts for wide range of procurements including commercial products and services construction information technology research and development and custom fabrications to name a few. Procurement Policy Analysts are part of a team that manages key components of the Laboratorys purchasing system. This position will report to the Policy Group Leader.

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting; pay will not be below any applicable local minimum wage. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to specific competencies relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance and business or organizational needs.

Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities require separate approval. Hearing aids without wireless capabilities or wireless that has been disabled are allowed in Limited Areas Secure Space and Transit/Buffer Space within buildings.
