We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst/ Product Owner with strong experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, improve KYC workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Gather and document KYC/AML requirements
Analyze onboarding, CDD, EDD, and periodic review processes
Work with business, compliance, and tech teams
Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, and process flows
Support UAT and ensure regulatory compliance
Skills:
Strong KYC/AML knowledge
Experience in banking/financial services
Tools: Excel, SQL, JIRA
Good analytical & communication skills
