Job Title:  Fire Sprinkler Project Manager

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and eager PM to join our team. We're seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to lead fire safety projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee fire protection projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. You'll prospect and develop new business opportunities, estimate and manage projects, and collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Oversee all phases of fire sprinkler projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored fire protection solutions.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, stay on budget, and meet deadlines.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals that align with client needs and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.

Business Development and Sales

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities for Regional Fire Protection.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM and other prospecting tools to identify and pursue leads.

Who You Are:

We're looking for a results-driven professional with a passion for project management and fire safety.

  • Experienced: 3-5+ years in construction project management, preferably in fire protection.
  • Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems, and clean agent systems is a bonus.
  • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Communicative: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Able to work within Salesforce CRM and project management software.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
  • Availability to work in an office environment Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for site visits as needed.

Your First 90 Days with Us:

First 30 Days

  • Participate in onboarding and training to learn company systems, tools, and processes.
  • Shadow experienced project managers to understand workflows and expectations.
  • Begin assisting with project planning and client communications.

Next 30 Days (60 Days Total)

  • Take ownership of smaller projects, managing timelines and budgets with guidance.
  • Build relationships with clients and team members to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Develop proficiency with project management tools and systems.

By 90 Days

  • Independently manage larger projects with confidence and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve client satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning (i.e. use wip reports etc.).
