Skills That Best Fit This Role

  • Comfortable using technology and able to quickly adapt to new software – we don’t use file folders and paper. Our contracts are digital and we use a variety of software platforms for photos, customer information, job progress tracking, etc.
  • Strong efficiency in planning and coordinating people, resources, and time to facilitate a project, at times juggling, rescheduling, and creating Plan B if Plan A happens to fall through. The ability to stay organized throughout project (s) phases is key.
  • A love for talking to people – crews, customers, suppliers, coworkers – you’ll talk to a ton of people
  • Strong attention to detail. There are many components that go into managing a construction project – sometimes things get missed, sometimes things get dropped, and sometimes things happen that just don’t meet our standards. It’s your responsibility to identify and mitigate those things before they become a big deal
We look forward to hearing from you!
