Entry-Level Sales Representative

Uncapped Earnings | Up to $2,500+ Weekly | No Experience Required

Momentum Marketing is a top-performing national sales organization specializing in home services that make families’ lives safer and more comfortable. Our residential pest control division is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking  motivated, coachable individuals to join our high-performing team.

This position is perfect for students, or anyone starting out in their sales career. It can be done as a summer internship or as a full-time career.

What You’ll Do

• Go door-to-door using a proven, consultative sales approach
• Educate homeowners on pest control services and tailored solutions
• Build rapport and confidently guide conversations
• Track daily activity and performance metrics
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and field coaching

Compensation & Earning Potential

• $1,000–$2,500+ per week based on performance
• Uncapped commission — no income ceiling
• Fast payouts with strong upfront and backend commissions
• Bonuses, incentives, prizes, and team competitions

Top performers earn multiple six figures annually. Results vary based on effort, consistency, and coachability.
