Job Description

NoGigiddy is seeking a skilled and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and elevate our brand presence across all platforms. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content, managing campaigns, and engaging with our community to support our mission of connecting gig workers with the best opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain social media calendars and content plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong content creation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
