Clinical Liaison
Location: Greater Boca Raton area
Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 + commission and benefits
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Clinical Liaison to drive growth in parenteral nutrition and infusion services across the Boca Raton market. This role is ideal for someone with experience promoting infusion therapies, specialty pharmacy services, or related clinical products to hospitals, physicians, and referral sources.
Key Responsibilities
• Grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, clinics, and skilled nursing facilities
• Drive new business development for parenteral nutrition and infusion services
• Conduct provider education, in-services, and clinical presentations
• Coordinate patient onboarding and referral management
• Partner with clinical, intake, and reimbursement teams to support patient care and referral growth
• Identify territory growth opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
• Maintain compliance with ACHC standards and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in parenteral nutrition, home infusion, infusion sales, specialty pharmacy sales, or related healthcare sales
• Experience promoting infusion therapies or specialty clinical services to referral sources
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and consultative sales skills
• Knowledge of clinical nutrition, reimbursement, and care coordination
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
