Job Description

Salary: $92,000 - 118,000 per year Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in configuring and integrating enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or advanced administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionalities, including tables, relationships, ACLs, UI policies, Flow Designer, and JavaScript scripting.
  • Experience with implementing or supporting IRM, BCM, TPRM, or similar non-ITSM modules.
  • Proven track record of evaluating new platform features and translating them into actionable business advantages.
  • Experience in generating reports and dashboards tailored for business stakeholders.
  • Capability to collaborate with business leaders and transform requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Strong communication abilities and comfort in interfacing with both technical and business teams.
  • Solid grasp of data governance, performance tuning, and system security principles.
  • Background in leading technical troubleshooting efforts and enhancing platform functionalities.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, stakeholder collaboration, and mentorship.
  • Strong orientation towards automation, simplification, and ongoing improvement.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily technical support for IRM, BCM, and TPRM applications in a production environment.
  • Optimize and maintain existing configurations, including forms, lists, workspace views, notifications, and ACLs.
  • Oversee scheduled jobs, integrations, and data quality assessments associated with risk, continuity, and third-party information.
  • Manage shared dashboards and reporting data sources utilized by business stakeholders.
  • Provide Level 2 support for incidents and issues pertaining to IRM, BCM, and TPRM.
  • Collaborate with business product owners to transform requirements into high-quality technical designs in accordance with best practices.
  • Implement improvements across IRM, BCM, and TPRM, including workflows, approval processes, persona models, questionnaires, scoring frameworks, and enhancements to portals and workspaces.
  • Develop and sustain Flow Designer logic, business rules, Script Includes, UI actions, and other configurations.
  • Enhance integrations with CMDB, Archer, vendor systems, and external content providers through Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP APIs.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable components, coding standards, and configuration governance for the IRM domain.
  • Assist with upgrades by assessing new IRM/BCM/TPRM features and identifying adoption opportunities for the organization.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their growth regarding ServiceNow configuration and risk management expertise.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of ServiceNow product roadmaps, store releases, and enhancements within the IRM/BCM/TPRM modules.
  • Engage in ServiceNow roadmap workshops, advisory councils, developer events, and product feedback sessions.
  • Build professional relationships with ServiceNow product managers and solution architects to advocate for the organizations needs.
  • Evaluate new capabilities, such as AI features, workspace enhancements, and GRC content packs, and recommend strategies for adoption.
  • Provide thought leadership on advancing the organizations risk management maturity through ServiceNow IRM.
  • Help shape the long-term technology strategy for ERM, BCM, and TPRM solutions.
