POSITION SUMMARY

This role is perfect for the administrative assistant who excels in being the glue that helps hold the department together and working in a fast-paced environment to help get matters across the finish line. The Legal Recruiting Assistant is responsible for assisting with the administrative functions of the Legal Recruiting team, including but not limited to expense reports, resume collection and management, interview scheduling, greeting candidates, data entry, and candidate searches.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
The Legal Recruiting Assistant must have a High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred. At least one to three years of experience in a professional service environment is preferred. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Must be highly organized and have the ability to independently multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Must possess an excellent client-service approach to interactions with team members, vendors and candidates, as well as outstanding professionalism and communication skills to manage a variety of daily tasks and provide optimal client service. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, attention to detail, be process driven and pro-active in their approach to information gathering.
The salary range for this position is $59K to $74K.

Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that Benesch provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full-time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
