Practice medicine in one of Marin County's most sought-after communities—where towering redwoods, scenic trails, and a deeply engaged population create an exceptional environment for both physicians and patients.
MarinHealth is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our team in Mill Valley, a community known for its natural beauty, active lifestyle, and strong sense of connection. This is an opportunity to build a fulfilling practice while caring for a health-conscious and highly engaged patient population.
Mill Valley patients are informed, proactive, and invested in their health. The practice environment supports thoughtful, relationship-based care, with the time and resources to focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and whole-person wellness.
Nestled at the base of Mount Tamalpais, Mill Valley offers a unique blend of small-town charm and outdoor adventure. Physicians enjoy immediate access to hiking and biking trails, redwood groves, and stunning coastal views—while being just minutes from San Francisco.
The community is known for its artistic spirit, excellent schools, and vibrant local culture, with walkable neighborhoods, boutique shops, and beloved cafes that foster a strong sense of belonging.
Mill Valley offers the rare opportunity to combine a deeply rewarding clinical practice with an exceptional quality of life—surrounded by nature, community, and opportunity.
The salary range for this position is $315,000 - $350,000. The final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experiences and patient care schedules. Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements.
